Bookings and Payment

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received

  • Priority for bookings is based on payment time. Early payment has priority over a person who pays later

  • Payment is to be made via direct deposit or credit card only

  • If you cancel your course by giving 14 days written notice prior to the date of the course commencement, you will be refunded the full amount minus a $300 administration and training room fee per two day course and a $150 administration and training room fee per one day course

  • If due to circumstances beyond the control of Creative Mentor a course must be rescheduled, Creative Mentor will have no liability because the course can not proceed on the date originally scheduled. The course will proceed on the rescheduled date and no other claim for compensation or expenses will be considered

  • You can postpone your course for free as long as you give 14 days written notice prior to the date of the course commencement. If you postpone your course within 14 days prior to the course commencement a $150 administration fee is payable

  • Postponement fees are to be paid in full before you attend your course

  • No refund or rescheduling will be provided to a student who fails to attend on the day of their course

  • We schedule our resources to provide your course.You can not swap courses on the day of your course or after attending for a period of time

  • All the required information for you to decide which course is right for you is on our website. It is your sole responsibility to choose the course that is right for you. We take no responsibility for you choosing the incorrect training course.

  • Interest may be charged on invoice amounts outstanding more that 30 days at 6.75% p.a. This rate is subject to change without notice. The interest rate is the "Cash Rate Target" specified by the Reserve Bank of Australia, increased by 2%. The "Cash Rate Target" can be accessed at the Reserve Bank's website: www.rba.gov.au, found under the caption "Statistics".

Course Documentation and After Course Support

On completion of your course you will receive online documentation and resources to help you stay on track after the course. You will also be eligible for unlimited free email and phone support for a period of three months from the date of your training (the support period), to aid you in the development of your new skills. There are a few conditions you need to be aware of:

  • We make no guarantee that course documentation will be provided in hard copy format, however all resources will always be available online during the support period at http://www.creativementor.com.au/resources.html

  • We make no guarantee that we will be able to respond to your support questions immediately. We will make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible and this is usually the case.

  • We are happy to help you with your software application usability questions based on the topics learned in class, however we do not help with live workflow situations when you return to work.

  • We take no responsibility for any failure to properly apply knowledge learned in class or given in support responses

  • After course support is only available to the student who attended training

  • After course support expires three months from attendance date (the support period)

Internet Policy

  • Internet is usually provided in our training rooms, however we make no promise that you will be able to gain internet access on your particular training day.

  • When internet facilities are available you will only be permitted to access the internet for the purpose of the course. At no stage will you be permitted to download video, music, software or any other large file over 6mb

Resit Any Course Again Policy (Applies to public courses only)

You are permitted to resit your course under the following conditions:

  • Public courses are courses which are already scheduled on our training calendar

  • Your original booking was originally a public scheduled course. Course resits do not apply to one on one, onsite, custom or group bookings.

  • Any client who receives a discounted rate off the normal advertised course price forfeits their right to resit their course again in the future

  • You must resit the exact same course for the same version of software

  • A full paying client has priority over a person wanting to resit a course

  • Your attendance will be confirmed the day before the course is scheduled to run

  • If there are no bookings for a particular course any person wanting to attend a course resit will need to wait until that course is confirmed to go ahead

  • The entitlement to resit your course expires six months from original attendance date

If by 11:45am on the first day of your training, you are not satisfied that you have received tools and techniques that will improve your productivity and efficiency, then upon return at your own expense to the address specified below, of any course documentation and materials that we have supplied to you, we will remit to you a full refund for the course you have undertaken within 30 days.

You must notify your trainer immediately and email contact (at) creativementor.com.au officially requesting a refund before 11:45pm on the first day of your training course to be entitled to our no risk - money back guarantee.

 

All training course content will be delivered in the order in which it appears on each product page outlined on our website. This offer is not an opportunity for a person/s to come to our training courses and abuse our generosity by seeking to find answers to individual specific questions and content that is not covered in the course, no refund will be given to such a person.

Subject to your entitlements at law you agree to accept any course refund (in part or in whole) or course resits in full and final satisfaction of your relevant legal rights.

  • Our training times and break durations can change based on the trainers discretion and size of the class.

  • Our trainers need a Lamb Roll and a can of Coke too, and during break times may not be available for questions and support
